Salary Range: $90,000 – $160,000 per year

(Pay will be directly related to your experience, certifications, and diagnostic expertise)

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: In-person


Description

We are searching for a talented and motivated Senior Automotive Technician to join a high-performing service team specializing in luxury, exotic, and classic vehicles including Aston Martin and Lotus. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to work on some of the finest vehicles in the world.

Whether you’re a seasoned dealership tech or a performance enthusiast with a background in classics or European imports, this role offers an exciting and rewarding next step in your career.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance tasks based on work orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and performance issues using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Conduct test drives to verify repair success and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and manufacturer repair guidelines
  • Document all work, time, procedures, and results in the dealer management system
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with Service Advisors to ensure job accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Provide and manage your own complete set of standard automotive tools


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
  • ASE Certification required; ASE A8 Engine Performance Certification strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
  • Previous dealership experience, particularly with luxury or exotic brands, highly preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be reliable, collaborative, and passionate about automotive excellence


Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with European and luxury brands such as Aston Martin, Lotus, Porsche, Mercedes, etc.
  • Background or interest in classic car service, restoration, or preservation
  • Proficiency with modern diagnostic platforms and tools
