Skills Required: Specific skills required: Database Analyst/Architect 5+ years of experience in the following: Strong experience in database design, development and software development experience 5+ years of enterprise database design or architecture experience is required Expertise in architecting, designing (modeling) and developing backend databases in end-to-end enterprise applications Must be able to comprehend requirements and work with team to produce Logical Data Model Experience in ER/Win or similar data modeling tool Experience in implementing Data Governance Must be able to work with DBA to transform Logical to Physical model Experience designing and deploying database reporting and monitoring tools Strong knowledge with performance optimization and tuning with database applications Experience in data security, capacity planning and failover procedures Experience implementing data warehousing and business analytics

Experience Preferred: Experience in data analysis related to the following business areas: Healthcare Healthcare Insurance Experience with HIPAA (4010/5010), EDI (834) Knowledge of health care eligibility, online enrollment.
