Job description

The Operations Delivery & Control (OD&C) Analyst Senior drives operational effectiveness through advanced analytics, pilot performance reporting, insight generation, and control execution. This role supports well-managed enterprise operational change, monitoring performance, and continuous improvement by identifying capacity challenges, improving transparency, strengthening how enterprise-wide pilots are measured and communicated while ensuring strong adherence to quality assurance and control frameworks.

Partnering across business, technology, legal, and compliance teams, the OD&C analyst helps to improve productivity, accountability, and profitability while enabling the organization to adapt to evolving business needs. Through a combination of data-driven analysis and control discipline, the OD&C Analyst strengthens accountability, mitigates risk, and contributes to improved productivity and overall business performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational pilot performance and develop metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for operational and business leaders
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, resource utilization, execution quality while also supporting issue identification and customer remediation efforts.
  • Perform workflow mapping, requirements definition, and gap analysis for improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Prepare highquality materials for business reviews, leadership updates, and performance discussions
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials that communicate insights, outcomes, progress and actionable recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally with business, operations, and technology teams
  • Support issue resolution through structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Develop and maintain reports using Power BI, SAS, Databricks and other platforms using Snowflake and other data sources
  • Key reporting activities-including pilot capacity views, process testing, operational controls, call monitoring, business partner oversight, and executive reporting
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis, due diligence, automation and project support as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in operations strategy, business analytics, quality assurance, or transformation roles
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with analytical tools including Power BI development skills.
  • SQL and relational database experience include writing queries, data extraction, creating views, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data validation and quality control practices (e.g., reconciliations, reasonableness checks prior to report/dashboard delivery)
  • Experience supporting, building and automating operational reporting
  • Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering) is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and solution delivery lifecycles.
