Work Shift 1 - First ShiftJob Summary

Are you the type of person who loves working with data to identify insights and leveraging it to make recommendations that improve data integrity? In this role you will take responsibility for creating documents, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. We’re looking for someone with a fine eye for detail, experience as a report analyst and an understanding of the popular data analysis and reporting tools.

What You’ll Do
  1. Accurately analyze and collect data to provide quality assurance of imported and exported data and generating accurate reports for governmental agencies and both internal and external customers while following GDPR requirements for confidential data.
  2. Track brand and campaign performance and determine what data needs to be collected while programmatically improving or automating data gathering and delivery processes including campaign reporting documents.
  3. Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems and make necessary database or reporting updates as necessary to ensure accuracy, data integrity and normalization.
  4. Regularly examine data reports to align reports with business and governmental requirements or regulations.
  5. Identify opportunities to automate report and documentation creation for timely document delivery to external customers.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business preferred with three years of relevant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Strong experience with data storage technologies to extract information from relational databases.
  • Critical thinking and curiosity to troubleshoot issues and design forms, reports, governmental documents with database connections for automated document creation.
  • Ability to organize and outline an archiving storage strategy for manufacturing, quality and campaign information documentation for efficient retrieval when requested.

ONSITE: A team member’s day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
