Responsibilities - Lead business analysis initiatives by conducting JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting detailed business processes. - Analyze complex datasets using advanced SQL to identify trends, ensure data quality, and generate actionable insights. - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and enhance existing computer systems. - Conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analyses of alternative solutions, translating business needs into effective system modifications. - Prepare detailed documentation of user needs and system requirements to guide development and implementation.
