The Table Games Dealer role involves the exciting responsibility of dealing table games professionally while delivering excellent guest service, creating an engaging and enjoyable gaming environment that ensures patrons have a memorable and positive experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $6.75 per hour plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Deal one or more Game Types proficiently, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and variations
- Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions; accurately exchange cash or markers for chips; collect losing bets, pays winning bets, and collect commission based on game dealt
- Communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game
- Notify supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and makes resolution only at the direction of the supervisor
- Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Has 6+ months of prior relevant experience in dealing multiple table games experience working in a similar resort setting
- Preferred knowledge of 3 core games Blackjack/Carnival Roulette, Baccarat and Craps
