  • Training & Cross-Functional Support - Support employee training efforts related to compliance, fraud, and risk management. Serve as a resource for departments and assist with maintaining procedures, workflows, and documentation to promote consistency and efficiency.
What Success Looks Like:

Success is reflected in accurate and timely execution of risk and compliance activities, well-prepared audit and examination outcomes, strong team performance, and effective collaboration across departments to manage risk and maintain compliance.

What You Bring:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, fraud, or related functions.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, work cross-functionally, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
