About the Role
We are a rapidly scaling tech company seeking a curious, data-driven Marketing Content Creator with a sharp eye for design to help us build a world-class customer acquisition machine. We aren't just looking to fill a seat; we are looking for a foundational member of our marketing team.
This is a true hybrid role with high levels of ownership. You will sit directly at the intersection of our creative studio and product team. Working directly for the Head of Marketing, you will be exposed to every single aspect of building a digital marketing engine from the ground up.
In this role, you will work closely with a senior leadership team that has a proven track record of scaling hardware and software companies to 10x and beyond. If you are ready for massive responsibility, high impact, and the chance to build something impactful in a hyper-growth environment, this is the role for you.
Role Responsibilities
  1. Create: Produce and edit high-converting content for paid ads, our marketing website, and our sales teams. Coordinate creative production with external agencies and freelancers. Interview our customers to extract insights and produce compelling, real-world case studies.
  2. Storytell: Understand every detail of our product roadmap and bring the voice of the customer to the Product team to help us build the right products and tell their story to the market.
  3. Strategize: Hone the overarching creative strategy for our paid media channels, our website, and our sales materials.
  4. Leverage the Future: Utilize the absolute latest AI tools to supercharge your content generation, automate your workflows, and scale your output.

Role Requirements
  1. Education:
    • Bachelor's degree required. Marketing or Business major not required.
  2. Analytical Mindset:
    • Strong data analysis acumen, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and performance data.
    • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  3. Design Sense:
    • Demonstrated skills in visual design, writing, and/or video production.
    • Please include previous creative work samples and/or portfolio with your application.
  4. Communication Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Team Player:
    • Low-ego and willing to participate in team problem-solving.
    • Adaptable and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
  6. Attention to Detail:
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

This position is based on-site at Cirrus HQ in Boston, MA.

Our goal is to create an environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally
At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or consider candidates who require visa transfers. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Cirrus Core Values: What we look for in a teammate.
Bring Passion: We take pride in our work and bring our BEST to all interactions with our customers and teammates. We encourage rigorous discourse to improve the customer experience each and every day.
