As a fast‑growing, design‑driven startup, we’re building a brand that sits at the intersection of art, emotion, and ecommerce. Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering unforgettable customer experiences. We’re scrappy, strategic, and always thinking about what’s next.

The Role You'll be a key part of our affiliate marketing team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our influencer program. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll help identify creators, get them set up as affiliates, and keep them active and posting.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Manage outreach to creators via Influencer Hero
  • Respond to inbound interest and onboard new affiliates
  • Send product, share creative direction, and support affiliates through their first post
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with active affiliates to drive repeat posting
  • Track weekly metrics: outreach sent, responses, onboards, and posts live

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine interest in influencer and affiliate marketing
  • Strong communicator - warm, organized, and reliable
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok as a user (creator experience a plus)
  • Experience with outreach or CRM tools a bonus, not required

Relevant Experience
We're open to candidates at various experience levels, but the following backgrounds are a strong fit:
