V2X is seeking a Senior Data Analytics/Application Developer to provide data analytics and application development support services to the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO). Focusing on the development of innovative solutions, automation, and self-service products to transform data into actionable intelligence for analysts and decision-makers. A ll work must be performed on-site at the Washington Navy Yard, 5x a week. Responsibilities * Provide data analytics and application development support services to the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO); and develop innovative solutions, automation, and self-service products for analysts and decision-makers. * Develop dashboards, maintaining data integrity and pipeline stability across the Advana/Jupiter Dataverse; utilizing technologies such as Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, Python, Data Definition Language (DDL), Data Manipulation Language (DML), Data Control Language (DCL), Transaction Control Language (TCL), Structured Query Languages (SQL) (PL/SQL, T-SQL), R, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, PL/SQL, T-SQL, Oracle, ColdFusion, C#, .NET, Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, HTML, and Java. * Utilize data platforms to produce solutions and develop, implement, document, and maintain the following data products and services: * Build Automated Dashboards. * Develop and maintain Data Pipelines and Workflows. * Create and support Custom-Built Applications. * Provide NIPO leadership with Ad-Hoc Reports. * Meet all milestones provided deliverables on time with the highest of quality. * Provide analytics/application development and maintenance from inception to conclusion. * Provide training to users of the application. * Perform reviews on the new and existing code to ensure there are no security vulnerabilities. * Determine technology limitations and provide recommendations and solutions to the Government lead. Qualifications Education / Certifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or Software Engineering. Experience: * Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience in specialized technical and soft skills in areas and assignments such as support in the development and modernization of technology systems, automation of processes and processes to enhance and streamline business processes. * Experience with development, design, programming, branding, documentation, training, complex data models, configurations, access controls and basic taxonomy. * Five additional years' experience can offset the bachelor's degree requirement (total of 15 years of relevant experience) Clearance: * Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Desired Qualifications/Experience: * Experience with technology solutions related to data calls, creation of technical papers regarding strategic goals and protocol issues * Ability to identify sources of friction or barriers through continuous process improvement, and experience providing timely recommendations to managements.
