Job description

***We are unable to sponsor for this hybrid onsite 6 month contract role***

Prestigious Global Firm is currently seeking a Network Engineer with strong Cisco experience. Candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of network infrastructure, including the design, deployment, support, compliance and documentation of routing, switching, firewalls and cloud-base solutions.

Responsibilities:

    • Support and delivery on day-to-day network services tickets supporting production operations and contribute project execution activities.
    • Support ongoing design and implementation of networking solutions and infrastructure
    • Will regularly implement networking changes as part of BAU activities
    • Collaborates with the network and project teams and security to identify risks, track and resolve issues, and eliminate project roadblocks.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

    • Strong foundation in Network protocols and concepts
    • Advanced familiarity with Cisco network products and solutions
    • Experience with network firewalls and operational use of firewall products (FTD, Checkpoint).
    • Extensive experience in implementing network LAN/WAN solutions (Cisco ACI).
    • Experience with load balancing traffic, SSL off-loading and certificate mgmt (F5 LTM)
    • Cisco certification preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
    • Familiarity with network management tools and monitoring solutions
    • Outstanding written and oral presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand project timelines, resource forecasting and project milestone creation.
