Overview

This role leads the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network and voice infrastructure. Youโ€™ll serve as the senior technical resource, driving network strategy, improving performance and reliability, and leading infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy enterprise network solutions (routing, switching, wireless)
  • Maintain secure environments including firewalls and VPNs
  • Act as escalation point for complex network issues
  • Manage wireless performance and optimization
  • Support routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and advanced switching
  • Partner with security teams on segmentation and compliance
  • Oversee monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
  • Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in network engineering

Technical Skills

  • Strong Cisco routing, switching, and wireless experience
  • Firewall and VPN expertise
