Senior Chefs also mentor junior cooks and are often involved in hiring and training new team members. Their role is crucial in maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Can I become a chef at 55?

Yes, a senior chef can pursue a culinary career at 55, as many chefs start or continue in the profession later in life.
