How difficult is it for a 60 year old to get a job?

Age can influence hiring for a Senior Card Operations role, but many employers value experience and skills such as attention to detail and familiarity with banking systems. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for managing complex operations and cross-functional teams. These abilities ensure secure, efficient, and compliant card operations, which are vital for customer trust and organizational reputation.
