Position Summary

The Senior Sales Manager will lead a team of Regional Sales Managers across North America (U.S., Canada, and Mexico) with a strong focus on maximizing existing capacity and driving immediate revenue growth without additional capital investment. This role is responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring accurate pipeline management and forecasting to support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers across North America
Drive a clear focus on selling available capacity to accelerate revenue growth
Oversee pipeline management and campaign tracking within Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
Support team members in managing key customer accounts and expanding existing business
Meet and exceed sales targets, including both budgeted revenue and growth objectives
Analyze and communicate regional market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape
Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts to leadership
Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progression, and campaign effectiveness
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners through regular travel and in-person engagement

This role is remote and requires 60% travel
