Remote Fraud Call Center Representative

Location:  Remote – Must reside in Puerto Rico

Pay Rate: $12.10/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Information: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Remote Fraud Call Center Representative in Puerto Rico to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
  • Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
  • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in English
  • Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting

  • Banking or financial services experience

Training Requirements:

  • Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses.

  • Secure wired high-speed internet connection, including a verified speed test of at 50 Mbps download & 10 Mbp upload; (Wi-Fi not permitted). 
  • Dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
