Job Description

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who enjoys turning complex business challenges into actionable technology solutions and making a measurable impact through collaboration, analysis, and innovation for a contract position. This opportunity supports a team focused on marketing campaign initiatives, where you’ll partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver data‑driven outcomes in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Analyze current‑state processes, identify gaps, and recommend future‑state solutions that align with business goals.
  • Create and maintain user stories, features, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Facilitate discussions, prioritize requirements, and support Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
  • Coordinate business testing efforts, including test planning, execution, validation, and stakeholder sign‑off.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance business outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and contribute to best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of business analysis experience supporting technology and business initiatives.

The base range for this contract position is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job‑related factors.
