Job description

Job Summary:
Newrez is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of residential mortgage borrowers and business partners through superior service and effective communications. The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and implement solutions in the Data Warehouse system while collaborating with various teams to enhance data integration and support business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Understand new requirements from the business teams; design, develop, and implement solutions in the Data Warehouse system.
• Perform detailed data profiling and analysis, understand data relationships, and relate to the business processes to design data models and create appropriate tables and build relationships between them to maintain required integrities.
• Analyze external vendors’ data and integrate into Data Warehouse/Data Mart solutions.
• Partner with other application system team to integrate corporate data from Data Warehouse to CRM/Loan Servicing/Marketing systems.
• Document the process flow and the design with maintenance and enhancement of the deployed solutions.
• Partner with the Data Science team to provide model training data and help enhance data science models.
• In connection with above duties, utilize experience in ETL programming, SQL scripting, and database management; business requirement gathering and data system architecture; IT documentation including functional and technical specifications; Cloud-based system implementation and migration; coordinating with IT and business teams for requirement gathering and planning; developing reports and dashboards in Tableau; system demo/end user training on BI systems; and system cloud migration strategy planning.
