Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • 8–10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Customer Lifecycle and Marketing Operations.

  • Lead workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and facilitate discussions with cross-functional marketing teams.

  • Create high-quality documentation using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, Word, Confluence, and Google Docs.

  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Support marketing initiatives by working with development, QA, and operations teams.

  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies including Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Eloqua, and related platforms.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, provide clarity, and deliver accurate, comprehensive documentation.
