Job SummaryA Senior Business Advisor (BA) at MACU is expected to have a high level of business acumen. A BA should be considered an industry expert regarding the banking needs of small to medium sized businesses and act as an advisor accordingly. A BA will be expected to grow revenue through various methods while managing a specific allocated budget for their business development needs. This position will be under the Business Services department and report to a Business Services Sales Manager.Job Description

This is not a transactional role-you'll operate as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping businesses grow through tailored banking and treasury management solutions.

  • Own and lead the full sales lifecycle, including complex and high-value opportunities
  • Manage and grow a large, diverse portfolio of business relationships
