What would you do? Play a wide variety of roles related to delivery and sales, shaping digital laboratory solutions for clients and maintaining and growing the industry as a center of gravity. Shape client's digital transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a "to‐be" enterprise environment. Provide point‐of‐view on digital lab solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions. Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy‐in to recommended solutions. Serve as the planner/architect for a delivery initiative and oversee the design and implementation of digital lab solutions, processes, and operating model by leveraging Accenture's implementation methodology. Actively manage risks to client engagements, practice performance, and brand/reputation. Proactively coach project resources to increase their knowledge and effectiveness. Help to develop and grow the Scientific Informatics consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification. Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients. Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients. Here's What You Need 6+ Years of experience working in scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC manufacturing spaces. Bachelor's Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering). Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations. Bonus Points If You Have Prior experience working for a consulting firm or a scientific/laboratory informatics firm. Compensation and Benefits Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. Salary ranges (USD) include: California $94,400 – $293,800; Cleveland $87,400 – $235,000; Colorado $94,400 – $253,800; District of Columbia $100,500 – $270,300; Illinois $87,400 – $253,800; Maryland $94,400 – $253,800; Massachusetts $94,400 – $270,300; Minnesota $94,400 – $253,800; New York $87,400 – $293,800; New Jersey $100,500 – $293,800; Washington $100,500 – $270,300.
