We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that empower our organization to make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the design, development, and support of business intelligence reports, dashboards, and queries.
  • Solves complex technical problems.
  • Creates testing methodology and criteria.
  • Designs and coordinates a curriculum for coaching and training customers in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability.
  • Develops standards, policies, and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems.
  • Responsible for prototyping highly efficient solutions, preparing test scripts, and conducting tests for data reporting.
  • Accountable for quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of own work products.
  • SME for the user community to produce reporting requirements.

  • Works independently within a team, and provides strategic technical project direction.
  • Estimates the technical work effort for medium to large-sized projects.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Domain knowledge in Food and Beverage Supply Chain including LOGISTICS, WMS, INVENTORY MGMT, PURCHASING, ETC.
  • Proficient in the use of MicroStrategy Cloud.
  • Agile Tools (Jira).
  • Strong understanding of various relational database technologies.
  • Ability to perform across all phases of system development for multiple complex projects; including coding, technical design, and end-to-end testing.
  • Ability to clearly document own work products and review and contribute to the documentation across multiple projects.
  • Ability to identify problems or opportunities within the scope of the department's projects.
  • Proficiency in multiple business intelligence technologies.
  • Experience with project testing, implementation, and deployment activities that include coordination of activities from more than one team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of report writing against Snowflake and Oracle and MS SQL Server DBs.
  • Experience with Crunchtime and/or Blue Yonder's Forecasting and Replenishment technology including associated interface/data structures.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
