We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in Americas at Plantation, Florida.


Job Purpose:

  • Administer and implement Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and data analysis processes to identify reporting and analytics needs and provide accurate, reliable, and consistent insights in line with IRM business objectives, insurance reporting requirements, and Group guidelines and policies. 
  • Designs and produces recurring ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights, enabling operational and strategic decision making across IRM. 
  • Designs and builds enterprisegrade dashboards, semantic data models, and automated reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with underwriting, claims, policy, and regulatory reporting needs across IRM

Your tasks:

  • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise BI solutions, including dashboards, semantic models, and reporting frameworks using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
  • Define and enforce BI development standards, data modelling practices, and visualization guidelines across the team
  • Own the development of scalable reporting layers, reusable datasets, and semantic models aligned with IRM architecture
  • Manage and govern the Power BI environment, including workspaces, access controls, deployment pipelines, and performance optimization to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant reporting operations
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to define data models, schema design, and data integration approaches using data bricks 
  • Oversee delivery of reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business needs
  • Manage and prioritize BI development backlog, delivery roadmap, and resource allocation
  • Review and guide development of complex dashboards and data models, ensuring performance and scalability
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards are applied across all reporting solutions
  • Work with business stakeholders to define reporting strategy, requirements, and data needs at a functional level
  • Support and guide translation of business requirements into technical BI solutions and data structures
  • Oversee testing, validation, and release of reporting solutions
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across reporting and data initiatives, and drive resolution and improvement
  • Lead continuous improvement of BI platforms, tools, and processes, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability
  • Stay updated on industry, insurance, regulatory, and technology trends to evolve IRM BI capabilities
  • Work closely with IRM business stakeholders (claims, underwriting, finance, operations)
  • Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and IT teams
  • Support senior stakeholders with insight generation and reporting interpretation
  • Build relationships across teams to ensure alignment of reporting needs and data understanding.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, Data analysis, or related discipline 
  • 7+ years of experience in reporting, or data analysis roles
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Data validation and reporting quality assurance
  • Data visualization best practices
  • Interpreting and analyzing insurance or financial services data
