Job Title: SQL/BI Developer
Location: Miami (4 days onsite for first 2 months of training then more flexible month 3-5)
Duration: 5+ month | Contract
Work Exp: 5 yrs+
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform customer-focused data analysis using SQL.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and interpret results using statistical methods.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) for audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Analyze customer behavior to improve engagement and marketing strategies.
  • Work with data models, ETL concepts, and large datasets.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to deliver actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer-focused data analysis experience.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, A/B Testing, and Statistical Analysis.
