What is a senior application support?

Senior Application Support specialists are experienced IT professionals responsible for ensuring the smooth running, maintenance, and troubleshooting of business applications. They handle complex technical issues, coordinate with development teams for bug fixes, and provide guidance to junior support staff. Their role often includes monitoring system performance, managing user requests, and implementing upgrades or patches to keep applications secure and efficient.
