NOUVEAU MANDAT – CONSEILLER(ÈRE) SENIOR EN GESTION DU CHANGEMENT | MONTRÉAL

Nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) senior en gestion du changement pour participer à un important programme de transformation technologique portant sur la migration d’Atlassian Data Center vers Atlassian Cloud .

Lieu : Montréal

Mode de travail : Hybride – minimum 2 jours/semaine au bureau

Français et anglais : obligatoires

Votre rôle

Vous serez responsable de définir, développer et exécuter la stratégie de gestion du changement afin de favoriser l’adoption des nouvelles solutions et façons de travailler.

Vous travaillerez étroitement avec les sponsors, gestionnaires, équipes de projet et différentes unités d’affaires afin d’assurer une transition efficace vers l’environnement Atlassian Cloud.

Profil recherché

✔️ 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion du changement, transformation organisationnelle ou communication organisationnelle

✔️ Expérience dans des programmes de transformation technologique de grande envergure

✔️ Excellente maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion du changement (Prosci ou équivalent )

✔️ Expérience en analyse d’impacts, mobilisation des parties prenantes, communication et formation

✔️ Forte capacité d’influence auprès de gestionnaires, directeurs et sponsors

✔️ Excellentes aptitudes en animation d’ateliers et accompagnement d’équipes multidisciplinaires

✔️ Expérience dans des environnements organisationnels complexes

⭐ Connaissance de Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management ou Atlassian Cloud : atout important
