TEHORA est presentement a la recherche d'un(e) analyste d'affaires junior ayant de bonnes aptitudes d'analyse, une grande capacite d'apprentissage et qui souhaite mettre a profit ses competences au sein d'une equipe polyvalente. La personne retenue soutiendra les activites de collecte de besoins, documentation et suivi des parties prenantes.

Sans etre exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Participer a la collecte et a la documentation des besoins d'affaires;
  • Soutenir l'analyse de processus, irritants et objectifs operationnels;
  • Rediger ou mettre a jour des recits utilisateurs, criteres d'acceptation et regles d'affaires;
  • Documenter les decisions, enjeux et suivis;
  • Participer aux ateliers et rencontres avec les parties prenantes;
  • Soutenir la priorisation et la clarification des demandes;
  • Contribuer a la validation des solutions livrees;
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des elements confies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 ans et moins de 8 ans d'experience en ressources informationnelles;
  • Experience en analyse d'affaires, soutien a la livraison ou projets numeriques;
  • Capacite a rediger clairement en francais;
  • Rigueur, autonomie progressive et esprit d'equipe;
  • Interet pour les projets applicatifs Web et les methodes Agile;
  • Bonne capacite d'ecoute, de synthese et de collaboration;
  • Analyse d'affaires et documentation de besoins;
  • Recits utilisateurs, criteres d'acceptation et regles d'affaires;
  • Animation ou soutien a l'animation d'ateliers;
  • Suivi des demandes, decisions et enjeux;
  • Communication avec parties prenantes et equipes techniques;
  • Azure DevOps Boards, Jira ou outil comparable;
  • Experience avec une plateforme Web;
  • Notions UX ou parcours utilisateurs;
  • Experience Agile;
  • Experience dans le secteur public;
  • Mandat contractuel ou banque de ressources, selon les besoins du client;
  • Teletravail principalement; disponibilite a coordonner selon les demandes d'intervention;
