WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Senior Digital Manager will join the Enterprise Digital Insights team within Geo & Marketplace Analytics, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Digital Insights. This role partners closely with Global Digital Platform, Nike Direct Sport, Geo and Marketplace Analytics teams, Data Science, and Enterprise Insights partners to drive enterprise-wide digital growth and marketplace impact.

A deep understanding of digital ecosystems, omnichannel retail, and marketplace dynamics is essential.   • 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, R, or SAS.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple data sources and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working within direct-to-consumer, retail, or omnichannel business environments.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will uncover insights that help shape Nike's digital growth strategy, turning complex data into meaningful actions that drive business performance. By partnering across global and geography teams, you'll help identify opportunities, influence decisions, and create scalable solutions that strengthen digital engagement and marketplace health.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional analytics and insights initiatives focused on digital growth, marketplace opportunities, and commercial performance.
  • Deliver deep-dive analyses that help digital teams make informed, data-driven decisions and identify sources of incremental growth.
  • Translate complex datasets into concise, compelling recommendations tailored to audiences ranging from business partners to senior leadership.
  • Build strong partnerships with Global Digital Platform, Nike Direct Sport, and Geo Insights teams to align insights with strategic and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Enterprise Insights teams, including Marketplace & Shopper Insights, Macro & Competitive Insights, and Consumer & Product Insights, to maximize organizational impact.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends within the digital business and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence and advanced analytical tools to improve data sourcing, insight generation, efficiency, and storytelling.
