Job description

SENIOR ALL-SOURCE INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Work Location: either Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA
Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and willingness to take CI Poly
INCATech is in search of a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst matching the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Knowledge of intelligence life cycle
  • Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
  • Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
  • Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
  • Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
  • Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
  • Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience:
  • At least 10 years experience with research and intelligence analysis
  • At least 10 years knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community environments
  • At least 10 years ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards
  • At least 10 years demonstrated experience writing all source intelligence products
  • At least 10 years demonstrated experience with IC tools and databases, including MIDB, MARS, iSpy
  • Ability to draft intelligence products, assessments, and briefings
  • Master’s degree in: Intelligence Studies, or International Relations OR six (6) years of military experience in a related field
