The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled Intelligence Analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an Intel Analyst like you to do just that. As a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you use your specialized and technical experience and attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation's leaders.
As an Intelligence Analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational environment and provide crisis response support. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, HUMINT, and publicly available information. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for targeteer, warfighters, senior policymakers, internal client publications, and U.S. IC-wide products. As the authority on your area of responsibility, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like working with interagency partners across different government domains. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools.

You Have:
  • 12+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis
  • Experience with all-source analysis support tool suites
  • Knowledge of classified and unclassified data systems and research methodologies
  • Knowledge of Special Operations Forces
  • Knowledge of designated terrorist organizations, foreign terrorist organizations, and external state actors
  • Ability to design and execute efficient and effective research plans to optimize meaningful data integration for all-source intelligence products, including Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE), Concept of the Operations (CONOP) development, operational planning (OPLAN) development, and intelligence support to Theater Campaign Plan (TCP) development
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience in targeting analysis and the F3EAD process
  • Experience with law enforcement intelligence support
  • Experience in ICD 203 and ICD 206
  • Knowledge of U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility (AOR)
  • Possession of strong briefing skills to General and senior officers
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
