Job description

What We Need

Corpay is seeking a VP of Product, Airlines to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for airline solutions supporting crew and disrupted passenger portfolios within our Airlines division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. This leader will define and scale products that help airline customers manage operational disruption, lodging, and ground transportation. The ideal candidate brings deep airline operations experience, strong product leadership, and the ability to translate complex airline workflows into scalable enterprise product capabilities.  You will report directly to Chief Product Officer and regularly collaborate with the product team and technology department.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Leading the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for airline products supporting passenger and crew portfolios. 
  • Partnering with airline customers to understand operational workflows, pain points, service expectations, and customer-specific business rules. 
  • Defining product capabilities for disruption management, lodging placement, ground transportation, inventory access, communications, reporting, and operational oversight. 
  • Serving as the product subject matter expert for airline operations, including passenger disruption, crew accommodations, crew movement, and service delivery. 
  • Balancing standardized platform capabilities with customer-specific airline workflows so the product can scale without unnecessary customization. 
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, implementations, operations, account management, sales, and customer success to deliver practical and reliable products. 
  • Translating market needs, customer feedback, operational insights, and competitive intelligence into prioritized product initiatives. 
  • Establishing product requirements, success metrics, adoption goals, release priorities, and clear trade-off decisions. 
  • Supporting strategic customer and sales conversations as a senior product leader with airline operations credibility. 
  • Developing and mentoring product managers supporting the airline product portfolio. 

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in product management related to airline operations, travel technology, crew management, passenger disruption, hospitality logistics, or a related field. 
  • Direct experience working in or with airline operations is required. 
  • Strong understanding of airline operations, including passenger reaccommodation, crew lodging, crew transportation, operational control, station operations, or crew scheduling. 
  • Experience building or managing products that support complex operational workflows in enterprise B2B, SaaS, aviation, travel, logistics, or hospitality technology. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to engage senior airline stakeholders and frontline operational users. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex operating models for executive, technical, and operational audiences. 
  • Must be based in the United States.
