Summary
We are looking for a delivery-focused Senior Product Manager to drive the implementation of our ReDuX AI Modernization Platform. This is not an account management role or a position for high-level status aggregation. We need a tactical, hands-on leader who is comfortable in the details, understands the urgency of early-stage product adoption, and can successfully push critical Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and client assessments across the finish line.
As the delivery champion for ReDuX AI, you will serve as the core link between our engineering product team and our clients' complex environments. You will own the execution roadmap, manage aggressive timelines, and align diverse stakeholders, ensuring our platform's value is proven rapidly and flawlessly.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead Concurrent Product Implementation Execution: Own the end-to-end implementation of critical product PoCs, Pilots and initial technical assessments for multiple new clients. You are responsible for ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery under tight schedules.
  • Hands-on Project Governance: Define project scope, create granular execution plans, track technical dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day details of delivery.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for new clients. Expertly manage expectations across various client tiers (from technical leads to executive sponsors) and navigate complex organizational environments (government and commercial).
  • Maintain Velocity & Urgency: Instill a strong culture of urgency and deliverable-focus across the team, ensuring milestones are hit consistently despite aggressive timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to translate client requirements into technical execution, creating a direct feedback loop for platform improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ Years of Tech Delivery: A proven track record of managing and implementing highly complex, large-scale enterprise technology solutions.
  • 3+ Years in Client-Facing Product Implementation: Direct experience leading the rollout of sophisticated technology products (not just general IT projects) within complex, matrixed client environments.
  • 2+ Years of AI/ML Domain Experience: Practical experience delivering projects involving AI technologies, systems modernization, cloud migration.
  • The "Hands-On" Mindset: Technical enough to understand architectural dependencies and willing to roll up your sleeves to unblock technical issues.
  • High-Pressure Execution: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex product solutions successfully under tight, high-stakes timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage difficult client conversations, align conflicting priorities, and build trust rapidly.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in early-stage product environments or launching a new platform to market.
  • Background in legacy modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent delivery certifications (though your track record of shipping matters more than letters after your name).

Things to Know:
