As a Financial Analyst, you will support senior accounting management by providing financial reports, analyses and other financial research, documents and artifacts, as needed.


Your Impact


The essential functions of this position include:

  • Prepare the tie-out binder for the Form 10Q and Form 10K
  • Prepare the quarterly and annual task lists
  • Prepare quarterly and annual GAAP and SEC compliance checklists
  • Review segment-level financial analyses and prepare the quarterly consolidated fluctuation analysis
  • Prepare the monthly and quarterly summaries for the CFO and Board of Directors
  • Prepare region-level analyses for field RVP and upper management consumption
  • Prepare and design financial spreadsheets and provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses
  • Perform regular analysis on various general ledger accounts and transactions
  • Assist with/coordinate the preparation of our quarterly (Form 10Q) and annual reports (Form 10K) filed with the SEC and our quarterly earnings releases
  • Assist with the preparation of schedules, analyses, and other documents to support specific amounts disclosed in our financial statements, MD&A and elsewhere in the Forms 10Q and 10K
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and prepare monthly budget versus actual analysis
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Assist with special projects and other ad hoc requests

Qualifications


  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid knowledge of general financial accounting, budgeting, analysis and financial reporting including related information systems and support tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good familiarity with database management tools, data extracts, queries and report writing

Position Specifics


The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $70,000 and $90,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
