Primary Skill: We are seeking a Senior Actimize ActOne Case Manager Developer with 5+ years of Actimize experience to join the Enterprise Risk and Compliance Technology team. The role involves hands-on development, design, and enhancement of case management solutions supporting regulatory, compliance, and surveillance initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions using ActOne features, along with custom UI development using React and JavaScript, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and release cycles

Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in computer science or related field.

ยท Key Responsibilities:

ยท Lead hands-on development and customization of Actimize ActOne Case Manager, including workflows, case lifecycle, and disposition processes

ยท Configure and extend ActOne features such as views, and alert-to-case processing

ยท Design and develop custom UI components and enhancements using ReactJS and JavaScript 

ยท Build and integrate REST APIs/services to support case enrichment, workflow orchestration, and external system integrations 

ยท Own and manage assigned development tasks, ensuring timely delivery aligned with release cycles 

ยท Collaborate with business analysts, compliance, surveillance teams, and technology partners 

ยท Support production issues, defect resolution, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives 

ยท Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, and performance requirements 

ยท Required Skills: 

5+ years of hands-on experience with Actimize platform, strong expertise in ActOne Case Manager 

Experience configuring and customizing workflows, queues, UI components, and business logic 

Hands-on experience in ReactJS and JavaScript (UI customization and extensions) 

REST API Development Integration 

Strong SQL and data integration knowledge 

Experience in banking/financial services, preferably compliance or surveillance 

Understanding of SDLC and release management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 

Enterprise application architecture and integration patterns 

Strong ownership and accountability 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment 

Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
