As a member of our team, you'll leverage your accounting expertise to support our clients' financial operations and contribute to the success of their projects.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize your expertise in General Ledger (GL) activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare and post Journal Entries (JE) to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Manage Fixed Assets records and depreciation schedules in accordance with accounting standards.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting activities as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' industry experience in accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL) processes and Journal Entries (JE).
• Experience with Fixed Assets management and depreciation schedules.
• Proficiency in account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
