Client Details This is a premier New York City-based real estate investment, development, and management organization with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of luxury residential, mixed-use, retail, and multifamily properties. The firm is known for acquiring and repositioning high-profile assets, executing landmark conversions and ground-up developments, and delivering sophisticated projects that combine exceptional design, strategic investment, and long-term value creation. Description Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for a portfolio of luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance reports for executive leadership and investors. Manage property-level and corporate accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
