What is a senior account representative?

A Senior Account Representative is a seasoned professional responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for account growth. They often serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, addressing any issues and providing tailored solutions. In addition to maintaining existing accounts, Senior Account Representatives may also help secure new business and mentor junior staff.
