Job Title Semiconductor Value Stream Manager Role Overview As a Semiconductor Manufacturing Value Stream Manager, you will bridge across R&D, business, and enterprise supply chain functions to support semiconductor products. Your impact will focus on reducing costs, improving quality, service, and flexibility of the global supply chain. Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain improvement programs to reduce cost and improve stability, quality, and service of products. Launch new products ensuring cost, quality, and service performance. Implement strategic operational plans by identifying supply chain projects that support business strategies, customer needs, and division goals. Manage capital expenditure discussions within responsible areas to support growth and maintain long‐term sustainability, and implement productivity and technology improvements. Lead supply‐chain architecture to improve flexibility and speed of global supply chains. Ensure product change projects are completed on time and minimize service and quality disruption. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline (verified prior to start). 12 years of experience in a manufacturing or value‐stream role in a private, public, government, or military environment. 5 years of supervisory experience. Experience leading global manufacturing teams and driving global priorities. Experience in the semiconductor industry. Proven history of collaborating with manufacturing plants, laboratories, and business teams. Work Location At least 4 days per week in the office at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Travel May include up to 20% domestic/international. Relocation Assistance May be authorized. Legal Eligibility Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa status (e.g., H1B). Benefits & Compensation Compensation range: $221,591 – $270,834 base salary plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
