Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives across enterprise, hyperscale, and data center accounts in the United States. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and leading the complete sales cycle for enterprise storage solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with a proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Management

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with enterprise, hyperscale, and large data center customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Drive long-term account growth through consultative selling and strategic planning.

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, proof of concept (PoC), design wins, contract negotiation, and production ramp.
  • Deliver tailored storage solutions based on customer infrastructure and business requirements.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Understand enterprise server architecture and storage requirements.
  • Partner with engineering, product management, field application engineers, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Coordinate technical support and resolve customer issues throughout the sales lifecycle.

Commercial & Market Strategy

  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive activities to support business strategy and product development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Proven experience selling enterprise storage, SSD, NAND, semiconductor, or data center solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise storage technologies, semiconductor products, and data center infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise and hyperscale customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong hunter mentality and the ability to generate new business opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience working with enterprise OEMs, cloud providers, or hyperscale data center customers.
