Job Description:
Product Quality Engineering Manager leading semiconductor quality engineering, customer quality management, and product quality assurance, driving customer satisfaction and resolving quality issues through data-driven methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the quality engineering team, driving quality engineering excellence and team performance

  • Champion product quality, customer quality, and semiconductor quality across the full product lifecycle

  • Serve as primary customer interface for quality engineering, customer quality issues, and product quality concerns

  • Drive 8D problem-solving, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for field failures and customer-reported issues

  • Collaborate with Failure Analysis, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, and Field Sales to resolve semiconductor quality issues and improve product reliability

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and systemic quality enhancements across semiconductor products

  • Define, implement, and sustain product quality processes, quality standards, and quality control systems

  • Manage customer notifications for product changes, quality updates, and compliance requirements

  • Support customer audits, quality audits, and quality reviews, ensuring audit readiness and compliance

  • Strengthen customer satisfaction through proactive quality management, issue resolution, and clear technical communication
