Key Responsibilities

Lead quality and reliability activities throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and design through qualification, release, and sustaining.
Apply, define, revise, and maintain requirements on parts/products against the quality and reliability standards, test methods, and acceptance criteria aligned with customer expectations and industry best practices.
Drive Q&R engagement in product development, ensuring early identification and mitigation of reliability and quality risks.

Perform FMECA. Develop and execute quality and reliability test plans, including environmental, mechanical, electrical, and operational stress testing - document CRAMS and partner with design engineering and suppliers.
Lead or support Product Qualification Programs (PQP) at suppliers, including audits, readiness reviews, and qualification execution.
Develop and apply reliability models, lifetesting strategies, and ERAMSbased methodologies to predict and validate product robustness

Analyze large datasets from field performance, operational metrics, and qualification testing to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Leverage historical product and partlevel performance data to drive design improvements and prevent repeat issues on new programs.
Translate data insights into updated test requirements, design recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coach, mentor, and train engineers and crossfunctional teams on quality and reliability tools, processes, and best practices.

Must be a strong communicator with ability to influence stakeholder decision

Present method/logic that demonstrates ability to handle multiple projects with a high degree of efficiency and productivity.

Experience in DOE/Statistics (JMP) and any other data visualization tools such as Python, Power BI or related AI based automation is a big plus.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
