Overview:
Turn 14 Distribution is currently searching for a Warehouse Supervisor that will assist in overseeing our day-to-day operations. This role will be critical in managing our rapidly growing operation. We will rely on this person for front line management as well as idea creation and implementation to help improve our productivity and quality
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 1 - 2 leads and 10 - 20 Warehouse Associates
  • Responsible for accurate and timely approval of timesheets via Ceridian Dayforce
  • Responsible for evaluating staff and writing effective performance reviews
  • Tracks attendance and prepares corrective action when needed
  • Advanced knowledge of operations in at least two departments and can be held accountable for those areas
  • Ensures successful preparation of shift by arriving with enough time to receive pass-down from departing supervisors.
  • Communicates to other departments about issues in a timely fashion (Customer Support, Accounting, etc.)
  • Ensure 5S is completed daily
  • Utilize reports to accurately assess and manage labor demands

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 2 - 5 years' experience leading in hospitality, retail, construction or other departments
  • OP and Forklift Certified (or ability to complete certification process)
  • Positive, winning attitude and leads by example
  • Understands how to apply our Core Values to the operation
  • Proven drive and willingness to constantly improve
  • Strong record of managing a team that wants to perform
  • Has proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Makes effective judgment calls when needed
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve conflicts

  • Proficient computer skills
