Job description

Reporting to the EVP, Digital Marketing and Customer Growth, you will be a key contributor to our ambitious customer acquisition and growth goals. You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, implementation and optimization of our SEM campaigns. To be successful, you must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and quickly assess, understand, and manage initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of digital campaigns. Ideally, you are data-driven and self-motivated and ready for any challenge thrown your way.

This is a hybrid role where the candidate will come into the office 3 - 4 days/per week and can work from home the other days.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and manage Google and Microsoft paid marketing campaigns

  • Analyze and report on SEM performance and identify opportunities for ongoing growth and optimization

  • Demonstrate expertise and thought leadership, while staying current with best practices, across Google and Microsoft Ads

  • Research our competitors, their offerings, and their messaging and ensure that our selling propositions are communicated effectively across all channels

  • Oversee, manage, and generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major SEM metrics, including identifying campaign trends and delivering actionable insights

  • Use data to inform development of compelling and highly relevant ads across platforms

  • Research, develop, and advise on keyword and audience research, competitive analysis, ad copy development, account structure organization, conversion tracking, account linking and integrations, A/B testing, and more

  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different initiatives

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
  • Ability to juggle responsibilities effectively, based on the needs of the task at hand

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, with shifting priorities due to a dynamic marketplace and growing company

  • 3-5 years of experience managing paid advertising accounts on Google and Microsoft platforms. Prefer agency experience.

  • Previous experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and setting up goals and conversion tracking on both platforms

  • A lifelong learner, consistently looking for opportunities to grow

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to aggregate data sources and drive insights across platforms is a plus

  • Highly motivated and organized with strong time management skills
