Job Qualifications Three years of retail experience in retail store operations within the last five years is required. Or Successful completion of Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs. Major Duties Manages financial and operational duties within a selling area. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction. Supervises, trains, develops, hires and schedules associates for current positions and future growth. Performs other duties as assigned.
