Overview

Daybrook Kitchen & Bath is growing at an impressive pace. With strong lead flow and a reputation built on quality products and expert installation, we are looking to hire an experienced and professional Selling Sales Manager to lead our in-home sales team in the Baltimore market.

As the In-Home Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by building, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing team of Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, enjoys developing talent, and knows how to motivate a team to consistently win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales team
  • Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside sales reps as a hands-on training tool
  • Provide in-home support to reps, including closing assistance and deal strategy
  • Monitor team performance and take action to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Conduct cancel-save appointments to recover and retain potential sales
  • Partner with the rehash team to revisit opportunities and maximize close rates
  • Lead ongoing sales training meetings to keep the team sharp and improving
  • Set clear expectations and accountability standards aligned with company goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-Day / in-home sales preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales management experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong closing ability and the ability to coach others to close
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using technology (iPads, CRM systems, electronic contracts)
  • Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance
