Your Impact
As Pastry Sous Chef, you will lead our central commissary bakery-the heart of production, supplying our Café & OBO brand restaurants. You will drive quality and efficiency while inspiring an energetic, collaborative team.
  • Craft & Scale: Oversee the daily preparation, scaling, baking, and execution of our artisanal breads, cupcakes, cookies, cakes, jars, and bars to strict company standards.
  • Lead & Inspire: Mentor and train hourly team members, creating an inclusive, positive, and growth-focused kitchen environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily inventory, ensure tight recipe adherence, and maintain rigorous quality control across all production lines.
