Become a Mobile Care Professional with Provado Mobile Health

Location Requirement

  • Must live in San Francisco

Schedule / Availability

  • Monday - Saturday
  • Availability window: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Details

  • Steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments
  • Mix of long and short distance trips

Pay & Contractor Status

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Drivers earn a minimum of $150.00 per day, more once the daily threshold is met
  • Paid weekly via direct deposit
  • Consistent routes, predictable income, and weekday availability.

Requirements

Vehicle Requirements

  • Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating
  • 2010 or newer preferred
  • No vans or gas guzzlers

General Preliminary Requirements:

  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years.
  • Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition.
  • Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
  • Have a good Driving Record - No more than one (1) moving violation or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years.
  • Complete and successfully pass Drug Screening, including marijuana.

Network Onboarding Requirements:

  • Clean background & driving record.
  • Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain)
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
  • Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2-3 hrs each; provided)

Often thought of as a healthcare Uber Driver, no medical care is required during transfer - simply reliable, on-time service. Mobile Care Professionals and Driving Caregivers are independent contractors free to work and earn when they want, and as much or as little as they want.
