13-week Physical Therapist (PT) assignment in Colorado, working 5x8-hour day shifts. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence. The role involves collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop individualized treatment plans and promote optimal patient outcomes across a variety of diagnoses. Requirements: Active Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
Current BLS certification
Experience performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and developing treatment plans
Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and mobility rehabilitation
Excellent documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Ability to work independently while managing a diverse patient caseload
