Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) – Littleton, CO

Blanchard and Richardson Family Dentistry is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to join our close-knit, patient-first team. Schedule
25–36 hours per week — a schedule that supports real work-life balance.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the doctor chairside across a variety of general dental procedures
  • Prep and break down treatment rooms with efficiency and care
  • Capture digital radiographs and intraoral images
  • Put your expanded duties to work, as permitted under Colorado regulations
  • Assist with impressions, temporary restorations, and other clinical procedures
  • Educate and empower patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
  • Keep patient records sharp, accurate, and up to date
  • Champion OSHA and infection control best practices
  • Help keep the practice running smoothly by tracking and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with the clinical and front-office team to deliver a five-star patient experience

What You Bring

  • Current Colorado EDDA certification
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Dental radiology certification
  • Prior dental assisting experience
  • Solid knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
  • Great communication and organizational chops
  • The ability to stay cool, multitask, and keep pace in a busy practice
