Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production / Machine Operator to help us maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in our seed production processes. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential part in ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures seed quality by meeting required standards, minimizing cleaning losses and ensuring accuracy of seed treatment.
  • Operate packaging line, treating equipment and mixing seed treatment.
  • Basic troubleshooting of equipment and ability to make minor repairs.
  • Preserves value of seed to minimize loss.

Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills for measurements and packaging.
  • Comfortable working around chemicals and in a dusty environment.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Prior production or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
