Job description

ALMACO, in Nevada, Iowa, is adding to our Quality team. We are seeking applicants for a Final Quality Control Inspector for our custom Ag equipment.

In this role, you will inspect ALMACO equipment such as combines and and planters to ensure the machine is built correctly regarding fit, form and function. You perform cycle tests on the machine and alert the team if any issues are discovered to ensure the issues are resolved after they go to the customer. You help develop and work to improve standard quality procedures, techniques and methods to ensure quality standards are met for our customers.

Requirements for this position:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate (2-year) Degree or Trade/Technical School certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience doing quality assurance work is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • A mechanical or agriculture background is preferred.
